Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute,total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class that brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. Stroller Barre® will help mom regain posture and alignment, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Strollers optional - kiddos welcome in strollers, or come for an energizing workout just for you.

Body Well is an eight-week program that includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planning, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better.

Body Boost is a 60-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and energize. This class is moms-only (no kiddos!) and takes place in the early mornings to accommodate your busy schedule.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.
