Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute,total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class that brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. Stroller Barre® will help mom regain posture and alignment, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Strollers optional - kiddos welcome in strollers, or come for an energizing workout just for you.

Body Well is an eight-week program that includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planning, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better.

Body Boost is a 60-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and energize. This class is moms-only (no kiddos!) and takes place in the early mornings to accommodate your busy schedule.

Fit4Baby is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, and core exercises and finishes with a relaxing meditation- everything you need during this precious time!
